Plastic Design, Inc. has taken the Traditional Horizontal Tube Etch System to the next level in safety and convenience. The traditional drive mechanism in this type of system has historically been either chain or shaft driven with a liquid tight drive seal.

In both cases potential hazards exist and reliability is questionable. Plastic Design, Inc.’s Horizontal Tube Etch System employs a magnetically coupling drive design which eliminates potential hazards from acid splash or leaking seals. There is no need to worry about wear or part failure common with other designs. Plastic Design, Inc.’s Tube Etch System comes in a size to meet your needs and can be a simple manual or fully automated station with all the safety features engineered in to give you piece of mind.
