Plastic Design, Inc. offers a custom etch & rinse system to handle your Bell jar cleaning requirements. The dedicated design is dependent on the particular Bell jar configuration being processed. Our design allows the Bell jar to be loaded through a full open front. Where necessary lifting aides are supplied. The access doors to the etching chamber are drip proof and are interlocked with redundant safeties to protect the operator from any hazards during operation.

The system is equipped with an internal and external spray system for etching & rinsing. Process recipes, safeties, and interlocks are maintained by an on board computer. The tool can interface to a bulk chemical feed system or be fed from its own chemical storage tanks.
