Temperature controlled process tanks are supplied for both sub-ambient and elevated temperature operation. In either plastic or stainless steel, control and safety are our main concerns during the design and build. A family of heaters and controllers are utilized depending on the application.

Temperature control to +/- .5 degrees C can be obtained with overflow design and a constant temperature re-circulating system. Redundant Liquid level sensors and over Temperature safeties are standards.

Plastic Design, Inc. manufactures a wide variety of custom designed process tanks for industrial use, including holding tanks, day tanks, batch mixing tanks, double containment and plating tanks.

In addition to plastic, we offer tanks in stainless steel, and all of our tanks can be fitted with options such as closed loop filtration, and temperature control per your design specifications.
